5. Knowing that after all my Mom's family has gone on Christmas Eve, my Mom will pull out the little green carton of eggnog she hid in the back of the fridge for me and her to share.
4. Christmas Cards. Besides my birthday, when do I get soo much mail? And from people I haven't seen in forever... I love it! I tape them all up in my house. And there is always the infamous Stillwell Christmas Letter...
3 The Christmas Adam Service... HUH? You say. Ok, so our church doesn't do a Christmas Eve service, instead it is Christmas Eve, Eve. Since Adam came before Eve, my friend Sam ( I think this came from her) has christened it the Christmas Adam Service.... Haha, and that is just one of the random things I love about it!
2.The Kotronis Holy Day party. Seriously, its awesome. Its such a sweet time to see people we don't always get to see, especially all in one place. Whether by the fire, or in the living room with the Charlie Brown soundtrack. And then there is caroling! I love it too, when just me and Kristin and Sarah ( and Christine, if she is here) are left.. And we get to "debrief"...
1. Sitting in my living room with Mike, dogs, cat, the tree all lit up , and a fire. Add some hot chocolate, and I am in heaven!!
